All the northern Virginia and Georgetown are fairly safe.
A lot of Chinese in DC area. You just need a car.
Traffic nearby to Tysons is not very good.
So the closer, the better.

贵。。。请问其他还有哪些地方有性价比比较高的公寓呢？也听说过DC地区恐怖的通勤
交通，所以希望也离得不要太远或者不要经过太堵的路，希望每天来回commute 40分钟
之类吧。大家有什么建议吗？

招会说华语的学生或工作人士住，单人房租为$900/month(OBO), 双人房租为$1100/
month(OBO), 房租包含水电费，煤气费，网费，HOA fee 等。
租约从9月中开始，押金为半月房租，无固定租期(Refer 半年以上的租客)。
