Eight U.S. soldiers have been charged in the death of 19-year-old Private
Danny Chen, who was found shot to death in a guard tower in Afghanistan. It
was first thought that Chen may have committed suicide, but the military's
investigation found that Chen, an Asian-American, had been the target of
ethnic slurs and physical attacks at the hands of his fellow soldiers.

1989年6月3日4日，中共军20多万正规军在北京长安街、天安门等地，开枪屠杀手无寸
铁的市民学生，几千人被杀，上万人受伤，史称六四大屠杀。作为那场大屠杀的目睹者
，多年来我一直不能忘记那惨像，我们也一直把大屠杀的元凶准确地算在邓小平、李鹏
等极少数的人头上。到今天，死难者尚未安息，凶手尚未缉拿。
如今20年过去了，对过去那场大屠杀，出现了各种不同的说法，似乎有一种论调出现，
就是各方各人都有责任，最后这帐没法算了。譬如，邓小平是要维护四项基本原则，李
鹏、陈希同是要把总理、市长做好，至于军人嘛，更是以服从命令为天职；而且学生是
非法割据广场，戒严令也早下了，当晚广播里也告示市民群众，不要上街，祇差没说“
死了活该”一词了。这种论调是要不得的，为虎作伥，昧着良心说话，悲剧还会重演；
不严词谴责大屠杀，不严惩凶手，大屠杀的事将来还会在中国发生。
当然，既然谈到审判、严惩，就是法律问题了，说理透彻是完全必须的。事情太复杂，

In addition to obeying his oath of office, Rep. Lieu is subject to the
Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) — including Article 88, which
prohibits commissioned officers, in or out of uniform, from using “
contemptuous words” against the president and other high officials.

..for one he can state any judge who attempts to stop this actions will fall
under martial law and UCMJ..and be tried ..it is time Potus to put the big

我说的不是地方法律， 是UCMJ. 另外军队也受地方法律管制。 |
