10月31日晚，根据中国驻苏丹大使馆提供的消息，在苏丹遭绑架的第9名中国工人
的遗体已被找到。至此，13天前在苏丹被绑架的中石油公司9名员工中，5人被害，4人

I think it is partially USCIS's responsibility. Why didn't they inform all
