The seller didn't have paperwork ,but we asked him to redo the paperwork to
get a certificate that indicated the oil tank is properly abandoned).
we also bought an insurance for the oil tank.
Don't take a risk as the damage could be really really bad. |

underground oil tanks on the side yard, tanks were inspected a year ago and
found not to be leaking, the soil test was done by another previous buyer (
it's a short sale), no contamination found. Do you (or anyone here) know
what's involved to in getting them officially decommissioned? |

years ago but in recent years it is considered as a potential environmental
hazard by most of state DEPs. if it is leaking or leaked, it will be a big
hassle to clean it up. i would suggest that u ask the seller to remove it
beforehand. NJDEP has special grants available so the cost may be minimal. |

几点昏昏沉沉的感想：
所谓革命领袖，其实就是荷尔蒙异常高涨的声色犬马之辈——参见孙国父。南斯拉夫女
主性感迷人，塞尔维亚歌一听就想跳舞，很够味。
对南斯拉夫、铁托一点不了解，不过影片中的虚拟人物和铁托等站在一起，咔嚓定格成
发黄的历史照片，这样的虚实交加在阿甘正传里也熟练运用（阿甘1994年上映；
Underground是95年的，由南斯拉夫、法国、德国、保加利亚、匈牙利合拍——除了法
德，其他几个国家的具体位置我都吃不准……）。
真的可以沿着贝尔格莱德的下水道一直走到东德、走到柏林吗……太好玩了。
结尾时，死去的革命志士及其家属相聚在蓝天白云下的青青河畔，在笑声、美酒、珠宝
、音乐中一泯恩仇，忘情地载歌载舞，继续地醉生梦死，浑然不觉他们身处的那一小块
陆地逐渐与大陆板块分裂、脱离，随波逐流飘向远方。画外传来爱国男主角的浑厚嗓音：

今天在PBS看到了这个2003年奥斯卡提名的记录片。没有看全，只有一多半。好东西。
这场由一群芝加哥大学学生发起的运动名称来自Dylan的一句歌词：“you don’t need a
weatherman to know which way the wind blows”。他们反对政府坚持的：越战，种族
主义是主要革命对象。但我相信他们的动力之源只有一个：青春。
他们游行，和警察对抗，在整个60s－70s的十几年里和FBI玩捉迷藏。他们在公寓，政府
机关里放置自制炸弹并在爆炸前通知警察疏散：他们不想伤害别人，只是籍此表达他们的
革命意志。而制造爆炸的原因更有趣：反对美国政府在安哥拉的军事行动，庆祝古巴革命
十周年，支持波多黎各工人罢工等等。今天的美国连反对的言论都听不太到，不知是社会
进步还是人们都遗失了青春。
有一段非常棒，一个在车里拍的长镜头，外面是飘着零零星星的雪的一条街。象是典型的
