There are no good ways, only estimation. Ignore zillow or any other website,
they are just garbage numbers.
1. You can get some number from the realtors, although the majority of them
cheat but still they could give you some guidance.
2. You figure out that the average price per square foot is below building
costs when the builders left unfinished tracts and sold the land to other
people. If the builders lost hope at this price, that's probably where their

打电话给truescreen，SSN那个没PASS是因为提供的地址和SSN记录里的不match。
SSN里面是公司的，我现在在work from home,在老婆这里，这个M向我要最近3张
paystub时我已经说了。。。因为paystub上是在公司的地址。
但是我觉得这事都不大，感觉还是PHD的问题，因为虽然truescreen已经verify我的MS
学位了，也verify了我那3年确实在读PHD做RA（working experience），我也向他们的
bg check team解释了现在没有PHD学位，可以提供成绩单，但是或许就认定我这方面
cheating了。
基本没戏了。。。

后申请permit，就可以自己搞了，估计你这个房子，如果简简单单的装的话，part
time用2、3个月能搞完，花费应该能控制在3-5k。 |

2003-2004年建的，居住面积都是2000 sqft 或者不到（最小的是1600 ft左右），一般
都是unfinished basement。
1. corner lot 好不好？一般都是小区的小路。
2. 有个corner lot 北面是一大块公共的绿地和路，西边是路，车库从南面进
3. cal-del-sac 好不好？ 是不是停车倒车麻烦，尤其是开 party的时候
4.还有个 cal-del-sac 不是路的尽头，而是一个小的绿色环岛其中的一户。
5. ranch 的房子在一大片 2层的 high ceiling的房子中,是不是不好卖？
6. 房子朝向五花八门，除了避免车库门冲东，后院冲西之外，还有什么要注意的。在
冬天经常下雪的中西部，下大雪一般积雪2-3天。

high ceiling
设计更合理,窗户一般都比较大,采光好.
bathroom一般比较大
地板,厨房都不太需要再做什么改动...
还有什么优点呢? |
