LOCATION：位于一个城市圈的郊区，不算偏远、交通较为方便，在整个城市圈内家庭收
入最高的census tract之一，也是整个城市圈最好的学区，对应的小学、初中、高中都
是10分。城市圈处于RUST BELT，房产增值缓慢、但价格平稳。
BUILDING：1980年代建设，面积约为11000尺，有6个车库，十个UNIT平均为2BED2BATH
的单元，每个单元约1000-1100尺。MASTER DEEDED。
CONDITION：据OWNER说，近几年换了新的ROOF，外墙刷了漆，7个的UNIT的HAVC是新的

multifamily units I like to see monthly rent x 65 > purchase price.
reason? master metered utilities, MFU landlords most likely responsible for
water/sewer/trash usages, plus costs to maintain parking and common areas.
I am in midwest, positive cash flow relatively easier to achieve.
I only look for properties distressed or REO or foreclosured, B or better

上看到united信用卡5万里程就跟风申了一个，目前卡上有近7万里程。
有生以来第一次用里程订了票，订的1月7号united航班飞vancouver. first class. 飞
机在Chicago先是因为天气缘故延误了1个小时，在pilot说还有10分钟就起飞后又因为
上托运行李多等了1个多小时，结果到了denver机场赶到下一个登机口时飞机已关门了
，虽然那个飞机其实随后也延迟了20分钟才起飞，但门口的工作人员说我们的名字大概
都已经从这个航班被抹掉了，让我们去找customer service换其它航班。当时从
chicago同一航班来也要乘同一航班去vancouver的还有3个白人。我们四个人都去了
customer service. 白人男青年在发现当天没航班，只能等到第二天傍晚才能通过三番
市中转到vancouver时马上就去找航班返航了，因为他说他会错过第二天的会议报告，

。 每次在正宗的United的flights 上，都跟它们的pilots and flight attendants抢standby的座位，好annoying. 他们根本配不上免费乘正宗的United的flights -- 至少status 要比
United低一等。 United 因为那帮杂牌的小航空公司肯定亏了不少钱。 它们的
pilots and flight attendants 也不是非常professional，pilots 飞行水平差 -- 飞
机都很陡。
最让我抱怨的是 SkyWest 飞的城市机票一直很贵，今年特别离谱 -- 垄断。
United 总算今年暑假 有自己的嫡系飞机去Yellowstone. |

放弃了国泰转United，我曾经在11年的冬天飞United回港，然后用Air China飞回来，
当时也没在意里程的事情。现在转United，又看到Air China的里程可以转给United，
有点后悔当时没有顺手积一下里程，不知道现在能不能补登回来？是不是分别要跟两个
公司补登？还是在他们的联盟（Star Alliance）补登？
还有我在国泰那边有很多里程，应该是不能转给United的吧？

标 题: 关于GENERAL MEDICINE UNIT

请问有谁知道或听说过GENERAL MEDICINE UNIT？
以前听说过MEDICAL UNIT，却从没注意到有GENERAL MEDICINE UNIT的。
这个UNIT都有什么样的病人，或者说病人属于哪一类型的？
从技能上对RN有什么特别的要求？
与ONCOLOGY相比，这个UNIT好像没这么专门化，对吗？
如果你可以在ONCOLOGY及GENERAL MEDICINE之间选一个，你会选哪一个？能说说理由吗？

unit root。 如果一个方程包含xyx三个数据系列， 我们知道他们都有unit root 存在
， lagX1可除去unit root,但是y 和z 无法找到方式无unit root的情况。 这个时候设
立什么样的方程可以被接受？可以用first-differences 吗？ 尽管y and z 取lag后还
是无法排除其含unit root。
