发帖数: 313 | 3 9月底刚CRUISE回来，今天上网查I94才发现给的Admit Until Date居然是2015/3/24.
我们的情况是这样的：
老公H1B，我H4，之前的I-797到2014年10月23日为止。
我们今年2014年4月刚回过国。回美入境时拿到的I-94上的Admit Until Date是2014年
10月23日。和原I-797一致。
回美国后马上renew了H1B，有了新的I-797，有效期是到2017年10月23日。
9月底去了CRUISE，这时候已经有了新的I-797了。现在9月底入境后又有了新的I-94，
结果今天上网一看，发现最新的I-94的Admit Until Date居然只给到2015年3月24，这
个日期是我们VISA的expiration date.照理他应该按我们新的I-797给Admit Until
Date到2017年10月23日的。
现在这个情况我们该怎么办？总不能2015年3月前回国再签证入境一次。有没有地方申
请更正I-94的Admit Until Date？该怎么办？

specialist那里去了，提了俩个奇怪的问题，结果给了 No fee, 0 APR until June 2005

俩问题都很奇怪，不记得原话了。 反正我回答的是我不取消老账号， 要是不是
