发帖数: 7733 | 1 这个平均5到6万律师费是uscca的FAQ里说的，好像。总之他们的保险这样设定是有一定
道理的。另外你还可以拿到额外的1万刀attorney retainment fee.
criminal suit 律师费一小时300到500刀。nra 或者 uscca的network attorney 可能
会便宜，而且有这方面的经验，估计100到200个小时的律师工作时间可以搞定。
plea bargain 多半是没钱耗不起了。有保险有证据就力挺到acquittal. |

looks good me. The coverage for criminal defense is low. Thanks. |

criminal defense 平均花费5到6万刀，nra 和 uscca 的都可以全cover 。不过前提是
你最后无罪。 |

发帖数: 77 | 9 打过民事的诉讼，感觉钱象水一样出去。NRA与USCCA好象还是要你自己找律师，只是官
司完后报销。他们有自己的律师network吗？至于撑到无罪，有时检方offer几年的
probation,我感觉可能就要接受了，大多数人可能不愿意去赌陪审团里面的人是正常人
，尤其在加州。只是我个人的猜测。 |
