我在一两年前的时候在这个版发过贴，说UTC的房价会继续涨。现在的结果已经验证了
以前的预测，不过那个涨幅还是超过了我的预计。
UTC过去五六年几乎是疯涨，现在一室的价格也要四十万。疯涨的主要两个原因是UTC人
员的增多和过去十来年UTC周边几乎没有新房(除了盖了两三栋用来租售的公寓楼）。人
员增多和新房缺乏造成租金大涨，租金大涨引来大量投资者。但这种情况正在发生变化
，我觉得UTC的房价已经到顶，预计接下来三到五年房价会跌10-20%，理由如下:

他家是类似GE的公司吧，说不定更好些。

1. 两地房价相仿，都很便宜，但wi太冷，比ci偏僻（if u single, should be easier
to find wife than in wi)，so utc
2. 但utc员工近30万vs rockwell auto 2万，不知道utc是否很臃肿，雷人更狠？
intel,motorola,honeywell 这些员工曾经过10万人的大头雷人纪录都不光彩。如果你
在utc航天部会更好。

吃：UTC要去大华ZION买菜，附近的店只有VONS ALBERSONS等
805堵车厉害，买菜一般都是周末去。 MM买菜也可以大华ZION
距离差不多，平时不怎么堵，就近有HMART LUCKY SEAFOOD SEAFOOD CITY
VIN-HUNG，还算方便。吃PHO， UTC那家9.5，SEAFOOD CITY那家7.5
还是有差距的。
油钱：UTC附近的加油站都贼贵，以今天为例，2.99成了标准
MM可以去POWAY的COSTCO，2.29，便宜不只一点，就近的CIRCLE K
啥的2.49 |

年销售额$56.5B，在美国的销售占38%, 海外销售62%.
所以UTC在墨西哥建厂也没有什么可非议的。
就算以后床铺真干掉NAFTA， 这个墨西哥的厂肯定仍然有用。
墨西哥现在要做的一件事情， 就是要和更多的国家签订自贸协定， 对UTC这些不可能
放弃海外市场的公司， 会有非常大的吸引力。 |

是因为fha一般要求over 50% owner occupancy, and because most condo units in
UTC are purchased for rental purpose. Also, a lot of the condo projects in
UTC are condo-conversion, and some of their HOA has a legal case against the
original developer, which will also disqualify from the FHA financing, too. |

发帖数: 25234 | 27 愿意出1500的家长不是没有，utc 靠近805有家犹太幼儿园就是这个价位，据说送去
summer camp的老中不少，也有在那里读的，优点除了我说的那些，还有你家肯定没法
提供的playground设施，一般3－5岁的孩子，很少会考虑family care的形式，尤其是
非英语母语的。
utc我知道一家family的，小娃的，好像是1000不管饭。
但是utc这里年轻父母多，尤其是新爸新妈，所以，如果有小小娃的family care，或者
是临时短期看娃或者nanny的，应该会有市场，但是走正规手续成本肯定高，而且看来
你们也不感兴趣这种。
你关于玩的理念也不一定能被大部分家长认同，至少我和一些在这里讨论过daycare的
父母，想找的都是能让一群孩子一起傻玩，在孩子与孩子的互动中得到social锻炼和成
长的环境。 |

几天入住，不另外加钱了。
房子在UTC，基本上是刚到SD的首选区域。房间很大，非常适合合租或者有小孩的家庭
。现在的租金是 $1575/月，还有半年的lease，到时候应该可以以同样的价格续。
