回家，要现场吃可以给你破开，8块一只，生猛得狠啊。。。。好这口的同学赶快上啊
补充一下，farmer's market好像每天在不同在地方，之前有同学说过mira mesa的也有海鲜， UTC是每周四3:00-7:00，在Macys附近的停车场， La Jolla是每周日中午 |

合上k以后的大娃，不过小娃应该也有可玩的，宽敞明亮空调足空气质量不错。
我看中了每月free play的membership，一次性交会员费30，然后每月50，weekdays早9
点到晚6点随便玩，不过要提前一天预约。
打算先带娃try一堂课，就是10块钱一个小时的free play，看看他喜欢不喜欢。
有没有人去过的？不知道这里面有什么trick没有，比如预约时总是约不到合适的时间
？一般多大的孩子更喜欢？
还去了24hrs fitness，价格非常好，一个月不带注册费的是25，带孩子一天才3块钱，
一个月19块钱，里面有n多器械还有group class，托娃的地方看着也还好，挺干净，玩
具不少，接近大门，通风略好。
这个最大的好处是给带娃，还便宜，自己带娃锻炼基本不可能，就算是jogging
stroller，买个好的也要300、400了，还得太阳地下晒着，娃还得陪着颠，还不说一身
汗回家洗澡还要同时搞娃，肯定鸡飞狗跳。
可是，最大的concern是那里的空气质量不太好，进到里面觉得气味不好... 阅读全帖 |

UTC附近的房子真贵，暂时有这几个比较便宜的选择：
La Jolla Canyon
Canyon Park Apartments
这两个靠着近，离学校也近，价钱也差不多，1150-1200/month
Trieste Apartment Villas
暂时没房，价格$1135-1190左右
La Jolla View/Terrace 这个最便宜6个月的lease 只要1015/month
但是看了网上评论很差，而且有人说到有cockroach，这个是最致命的，
如果真有cockroach，就是在便宜也不愿意
版上有经验的人能不能给点意见，包子送上。 |

但是发现大部分UTC 附近的apartment都不包水，
一些包的都是不怎么好的apartment，比如la jolla view/terrace
我们这里的东北部的apartment就没有不包水的，
一直都奇怪这个问题，可能南方水贵

这里包水的一般都是房东的房子，condo
比方说UTC区域的venetian(底楼500多sqf的要1300多，二楼三楼连一起的700sqf loft
可能要1400——我曾经想谈1350未遂)
小区我知道有一个——la scala，但是没有洗衣机
一个月2张账单
电费：我们一个月，用洗衣机洗碗机（平均2天一次洗碗机），不用烘干机，大概是30
块左右。
水费垃圾费等其它杂费：按照房型和加权到每个人头上的费用计算。夏天时候贵。平均
30一个人吧 |

太坑爹了
8月份的时候有一居
三楼朝向好不对泳池不临街的
才1250左右
la regency淡季的时候两居才1400样子
“前两天看到一个Villa Vicenza complex”
网上看到的不一定为真
我只知道vicenza这个房子好像是房东的
网上卖价很低，几乎是UTC区域卖的最便宜的
我搬来这里前，也看了不少房子
图片都好看的不行
实际上都是外面好看，里面很旧了
像la scala，从图片看像新小区一样
实际上是80年代末的房子
里面配件很旧了（从房间里门窗的五金件看出）
楼梯间前面都用几根大柱子撑住的
不过la scala应该比你看到的几个小区来的好
至少安全上不错的
物业也很热情 |

再说，我如果户外跑，肯定去那片大草坪，除了5号的一些噪音外，空气还都不错的。
二手的bob也比新的jeep 贵，另外，把娃放上去颠，只能发呆，好像对娃也不那么好。
