发帖数: 522 | 7 我不太懂牌子，查了一下牌子还不错，这个是官网http://www.vibram.us/ 鞋子是09年婶婶送我的。但是我真的不会穿高跟鞋。穿了一次在mall里，不会走路两小时就赶紧回家，不甘心，有尝试了一次大概五六个小时去学校。这次我认了，真的不会穿。后来就收在柜子里了。今天收拾出来，拿来转吧。拍了好几张，毕竟是二手鞋子，尽量让买的MM看清楚。侧面照可以看看跟，是三寸的。也有一张走线的照片，还可以看看皮子的侧面。鞋里面有黑点和磨皮，都是今天搜出来才发现的。因为皮子和鞋底的质量都不错，穿的次数也不多，所以还是希望$20+shipping吧。 |

vibram牛在耐磨，现在飞机轮子的材料就是vibram的，所以户外大部分牛逼品牌以采用
bibram为豪，所以登山鞋一般讲2样，goretex和V底，这个V底就是vibram。
问题在于vibram多数过于硬，大部分的vibram提供的摩擦力太有限。当然也要看版本。

柏油而已。没去过水牛林。
paved road，通常很平，落脚位置相对固定。trail，不平，鞋子需要更多的support。
鞋底需要更硬。
vibram是一个很很出名的品牌，和goretex一起是户外追求的。
vibram同样也生产飞机轮胎，首次把飞机轮胎的技术应用到民用。
不过vibram是很滑的，个人不推崇。应用vibram的也很多人字纹理设计，就是因为这个
材质很滑。
滑和耐磨是矛盾的。
不是我想说这么多，只是很多话题是很big的，说多了我make effort，还要被人骂。哎。

厚度已经练到足够应付任何情况了；所以今早穿着新进的vibram处女跑，还特意套了五
趾袜准备跑个长的，没想到才跑出去不到两迈脚底就磨得火烧火燎，好不容易跑完四迈
实在坚持不下去了，两个大脚趾肚一边一个大水泡，小腿肚子也转筋了，看来穿着厚底
跑鞋的ball landing跟穿着vibram的ball landing难度完全不是一个量级的啊。Vibram

周末买的vibram, 昨天去jet ski用了一次，进了不少沙子，不过是超细的细沙，没太
抖落干净。今天穿着去gym跑了1迈而已（没穿袜子），左脚大脚趾下面被磨出了泡。之前
听说过vibram有个适应期，但我这个是正常的适应期症状么？要说是沙子的话，右脚脚趾
和其他地方都没事，只有这个左脚大拇指被磨。还是应该买个袜子穿？ |

鞋底是Salomon专门用来对付湿滑地形的Contact Grip，防滑比Vibram好的不是一点点
。半高腰，suede+网眼，Gore-tex防水，轻型徒步鞋，不用breakin。本来打算用来对
付国内湿滑的石板路的，今天去Mt. Baldy穿了一下，发现对付比较滑的砂石小路也很
不错。
Mt. Baldy有一些比较陡的砂石trail，以前穿用Vibram的Montrail Torre或Lowa
Mountain Expert下山或多或少会打滑。这个Contact Grip果然不是吹的，一路小跑下
来基本不打滑。而且经过一段boulder field，明显可以感觉到脚下摩擦力很好。好奇
心驱使下，找了个大石头试试smear，虽然不能和climbing shoe的摩擦力比，但是还是
找到了smearing的感觉。:)
鞋底的软硬正好，走了不少石子路，没感觉硌脚。
特此推荐一下，这个鞋型较宽。我的脚不窄，在D和E之间，接近E，穿这个鞋和平时鞋
子号码一样大小宽度就够了。另外不建议买太大的，我一般网上买鞋一买两双，这个鞋
比平时号码大半号的就有点不跟脚 |

发帖数: 106 | 41 最近想买薄底跑鞋。 在网上调研了一番，却没找到理想的。
我认为理想的薄底跑鞋应该满足下列要求：
第一，当然鞋底要薄。 一层vibram材料就可以了。
第二，鞋底要平，鞋跟到前脚掌鞋底高度应该一样，即所谓zero drop from heel to
toe。这样可以使你跑步的时候用前脚掌着地。
第三，前脚掌部分鞋宽要足够。要可以使五个脚趾张开而不会压迫鞋内壁。 toe box要
够大。
尤其是鞋的外脚面这一侧要做够宽。如果你把五个脚趾张开，你会发现大脚趾几乎没动
，而小脚趾所需的扩张空间最大。因此，toe box应该向脚外侧扩张。
第四，鞋面材料要使鞋在遇水后很快能干。尼龙网格材料就可以。
这样看下来，现在市面上还真不好找这样的鞋。vibram的五指鞋太贵，而且不一定适合
每个人的脚。
以前国内的解放鞋符合大部分上述要求，是可惜鞋面材料是帆布，不是尼龙。
所以理想的薄底跑鞋就是用尼龙网格材料作鞋面的解放鞋。
各位见到哪儿有卖这样的跑鞋，别忘了告我一声。 |

2. Asics HyperSpeed
鞋子的特点是轻，鞋底柔软，是目前我最喜欢的鞋子。缺点跑砂石路鞋底容易镶嵌钻石
而且路面有水，立即就进入鞋子里面了。跑干燥的水泥，柏油路面很好
也有人抱怨保护太少。我觉得体重不超过160lbs，跑步姿势标准的都可以用，我自己的
感觉貌似穿着很舒服的袜子在跑
推荐指数：9
3.New Balance MT 101
鞋子特点是跑山路保护很好，鞋子完全不磨脚，版上全体大牛一致说好。
我没有用过，也不知道是否适合跑平时的公路

run trail for up to 10 miles in a nearby park.
I don't have much time doing research on shoes and I use pupular shoes your
guys recommend here, altenating between fivefinger and inov8 for now.. |
