俺喜欢这个VIDEO。至少让俺吃饱。呵呵。稍微总结一下啊：
1，这是一个出书的MM的宣传她的系列书的VIDEO，是她饮食健身理念的总结VIDEO
2，你可以吃饱。没错。不饿。不饿！
3，健康食品：任何以原来形式出现的食品：BUTTER!（OMG，我爱你作者！），牛肉，
任何肉的原来的形式（不是微波炉快速加工食品的形式），鸡蛋，植物油，大米，
各种米，。。。
4，不健康食品：任何的SWEETNER（因为毒化肝脏），加工食品（包括豆奶），
任何超市里以BOX形式出现的简单食品（尤其微波炉食品），任何BUTTER替代品，
。。。。。

发帖数: 2455 | 11 本人想搞个小网站，目的是提供家庭内部人员的video sharing。具体的先不说，从大
的方面讲想达到如下的功能：
1－能上传Video
2－能让家庭成员通过FB等认证系统通过认证看Video；换句话说不是public viewable
想了想，认证这边应该不难。但是video这边儿后台不太懂，请大家集思广益。能用
Youtube，Dropbox等服务就用，API调用最好，有收费服务很好，总之不想造存储和
adaptive streaming的轮子。
关于用Youtube：
其实如果不是有要求2的话，Youtube就很好了，把video URL embedded到网页就可以了
，但是这样的问题是video任何人都可以看得到了。
关于Dropbox：
感觉解码，adaptive streaming什么的东东是不是要自己integrate个方案啊？这快儿
不太清楚，请大侠们指点
另外加问一个S3:
如果Dropbox有方案的话，感觉S3应该也有方案，谢谢 |

不感兴趣的话，直接跳到视频的最后1/7处（大概还剩3分钟的样子）。博主演示了mesh
video player如何在网页以及本地播放视频。即使在网络连接断开的情况下，mesh
video player也能够播放同步到本地的视频。这应该算作是同步到本地的一个很好应用。
注意同步才是mesh最初设计的目的，mesh不是网络存储，不是网络操作系统，也不是云
计算的全部。Mesh只是实现了分布式网络存储中同步这一很重要的特性。但是它使得实

1. very only video 70s, 80s no HD option
2. 1995-2010 these videos support HD playback on any device including your
PC/MAC if they have HD option, and most of them do,

I tried the video mode this weekend; it's awful for general family use. It
can't focus worth a darn.
If you're a Hollywood DP with a focus puller working for you on-set, great,
but if you want video of your kid, an iPod Touch makes much better video.
Why? The D7000's AF system can't possibly keep up with action, and with the
tiny depth-of-field of a DSLR, everything is lost if it's not in perfect
focus.

Flashcard,
Activity Planner, Video Workbook, 唯独缺了Video CD, 诚恳请教考过cpa的高手们
，没有Video CD是不是会给复习造成很大麻烦，需要多花费很多时间呢？ 还是缺了
Video也没有太大关系，只要study manual就可以了了？
我的背景，刚刚Accounting Master毕业。

Kaplan Video很好，我很久以前是看了JimmyZhang的帖子才知道看video的好处。楼主
可以在精华区找一找Jimmy的帖子参考一下。
我看video的心得：（因为我看的是2004的旧版，所以对现在准备的用新版本的朋友不
一定合适。）
总的来说，看VIDEO要多花一点时间，但是听老师讲了后理解的好很多，可以说是磨刀不误砍柴功，
最后还是要省时间的。
强烈推荐： Physiology (Robert Dunn. 有人说比2007版的讲的好，我没看过07的，没
法比较。但是04的确实非常好。）
Biochemistry (Lionel Raymon. 有人说比2007版的讲的好,也有人说07的也很好。不过
Lionel Raymon 讲的确实很推荐。）
Pharmacology 07 (Lionel Raymon。 本来我是看的04版，看完了几个VIDEO，实在还是
蒙查查的，于是找了Lionel Raymon的看。Lionel讲得比较细，比较适合我。非常喜欢
Lionel Raymon这个老师。）
