就是DRAM的voltage regulator，如果正常工作输入电压2.5V， peripheral voltage 1
.4v, core voltage 1.0v，
现在我想把输入电压提高到4V，那么peripheral voltage和 core voltage如何变化？

applied between the metal and semiconductor to achieve flattening of the
bands.
It is determined by two factors: the work function difference between metal
and s/c and charges in the oxide. You may find the formula for calculation
in any fundamental mosfet books.
If you're targeting for a normally-off MOSFET(Vth>0), it's better to have a
flat band voltage of smaller absolute value. For example, you may choose a

我说的是一个A/D转化器, 上面有onboard voltage reference. 这样可能, VDD如果有
小的波动, 也不会影响转化结果. 我查了一下, onboard voltage reference好象是用
一个二级管实现的. 输入的VDD的波动应该不会对onboard voltage reference有影响.
那位知道的给讲讲. |

take a look at a typical diode's datasheet (1n4148 for example), pay
particular attention to the forward voltage drop vs. forward current curve,
and you will understand it.
very rarely an onboard voltage reference is just a diode. it is more like a
constant current source going into a diode, and with some feedback to
maintain stability and accuracy (aka tl431 style). |

2. United Technologies Carrier: Job for Motor Control and Drive Design for
HVAC application. (HVAC is for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning)

定。未超电压，core voltage稳定在1.2以上。今天忽然发现core voltage不稳定，经
常跌到1.07-1.08，导致multiplier从12.5跌到6。恢复到未超频状态还是同样的问题。

离房子约100m,但不直接面对,房子在街的另一面.

really like. However when I talk to my agent, she said she also saw this
property, but she did not send to me because the house is located in a
corner, where the trail is passing by. Along the trail there are high
voltage transmission pole. The closest is 20 to 30 m away.
Is this a big concern in terms of healthy effect and potential value of the
house. The house was built in1992.
Any suggestion? Thanks a lot! |

connector input, 似乎它必须被ground. 不知道有没有什么外部连接方式，能实现
balanced voltage input into the load.
那个网站上我也看了一下，但是我需要的频率是10-110 MHz, 好像他们没有这个频率范
围内的。 我们因为根据现在有的仪器设备，想看看两台1kw 的功放能不能产生2 kW的

gate voltage, 4156有marco提取Vth。直接在drain上force current,如果Channel
off的话， 你会看到source或者drain Junction 有很大的bias (depends on type of
MOSFET you have). 最后就是junction breakdown, device damaged. |

Is it an embedded or on-board regulator ? How many ? Are the regulators
adjustable or fixed ? Do you have a part # for the regulator or a
datasheet to link ? Most of them have allowable input ranges, we need to
see the datasheet to answer your question. |

voltage is regulated inside the chip, you can not control. If you supply 4.
0V to the VDD or VDDQ, it may damage the chip.

难道这就是大多数硕士的生存状态: 自己选准一个方向(比如VLSI)然后利用课程中的
project积攒经验, 然后跟着advisor选另一个方向混点研究经验(比如这里的voltage
regulator)挂个名在paper上面(如果能混到挂名的话).
然后找工作的时候, 哪个方向能扯上关系就提哪个方向..
要真是这样的话我也能接受....其实想想也不错的.... 就是跟我以前想的有点不一样
另,我看学校的课程中, VLSI的课内project做了只是一个的FPGA流程:从前端到后端,还
是集体project (10个人左右).
只靠这一个project出来找工作还不够吧. |
