yellowstone, 5月29日晚上抵达Cody. 也就是说30号没有在Denver，今天受到
enterprise的信说我5月30日下午2点多，在Denver上了toll way，没有交钱，说给我已
经交了，需要charge我的credit card. 大家有没有遇到这样的情况，应该怎么处理呢

前方路中间的一辆moving truck 倒车，在到我的车前半米时，我感觉它离我左侧特别
近，很有可能会撞上，逛horn它，它不停，直接撞过来，我在车里眼睁睁的看着它深深
地蹭到我的车的左前侧。左车灯往后部分，车皮被撞掀，bumper左侧几条很深的擦痕一
直延续到车轮胎和车轱辘，在左车门前停住。
当时被吓傻，忘记要witness的联系方法，打电话给警察，警察竟然不肯来，让我们自
己交换信息。
我责问对方为啥我Horn了都不停，对方是个黑人小混混，一家搬家公司的，他扯谎到是
我的车在后面动他才撞上来。
现在我的两个point：
一个是我轮胎和车轱辘的擦横是直线，可以证明被撞时我的车没有移动，更加不可能是
我撞的它
第二是 他one way 反方向backwards是不是已经违规~~~
这种情况下，对方扯谎最后弄成50%-50%的可能性有多大~~

开得小心翼翼。回家的扒车的时候，前轮上了drive way，后轮死活上不去。因为我们
家的drive way和路面有个小小台阶，就像一般路边curb那样的高度（或者更低吧，大
约不到2inch）。平时都没问题，
但是肯定会颠一下，今天地面上有大约2inch的积雪吧。试了几次都不行，最后只好停
到远点的guest parking，因为guest parking没有这样的curb。
车是FWD的，以前在南方买的。请问这种情况正常么？
另外，像我们这种南方搬到北方的，车需要做什么让它更适合winter driving，驾驶员
需要注意什么？比如，积雪路面是不是要用D2档、或者M档等等？ |

我知道我有个老毛病，从车库倒车更留意车子前面，怕蹭了，但是我记得我当时也是看
了倒车镜的，怎么就会看不见老大一辆车停在那里。。。气死了。
这怎么算啊，是我的责任吗？那是我的property，他未经许可乱停车才造成车祸的。我
该跟保险公司怎么说？ |
