1、Merrill Lynch Wealth Management，找了一个local的office面谈，开户要求25W，
年管理费1-1.5%，感觉策略是偏保守、谨慎的，和我说5年-10年的年均收益7%左右；
2、Ameriprise，也找到一个local的office面谈，无开户要求，年管理费1.5%，热衷的
策略是偏aggressive的（极力不推荐bond）,给我了几个proposal，5年年均收益7%左右

has increased since 2004, and held about even from 2007 to 2010, the average

美国top 1% 拥有美国股市的 50%
美国bottom 50% 拥有美国股市的 0.5%
wealth差不多也这个个比例。
就是top 20%的其实财富也并不多，大多数所谓的中产其实就是比穷人多一点点估计就
是房子而已。

刚刚读了atlantic上的一篇旧闻, 说的是城市犯罪扩大化的原因, 就是政府拆除public
housing, 以section 8 voucher 鼓励穷人融入社会,结果使得犯罪团伙蔓延. 纽约的
犯罪下降的原因主要是将穷人推到NJ, PA.
