了之后觉得可能是wheel bearing问题。可笑的是前两天找mechanic看他认为是另外一
个问题，修了之后我发现噪音继续，然后今天去找他我直接跟他说可能是wheel
bearing的问题，结果他查了之后跟我说基本上90%是wheel bearing的问题。不过现在
我的车问题可能还不是很严重，我自己把车支起来弄过，轮子有非常细微的一点活动。 |

我从前年去加机油的时候修车的人就跟我说要换，去年去了两次他也建议我换。最后一
次还在纸上写“客人拒绝换wheel cylinder”让我签名。
350是both rear wheel cylinders。
图便宜买个旧车，没想到每年修车都要花好几百。买来之后换过timing belt和前轮刹
车，现在又要后轮刹车。请问是10年以上的旧车才会这样经常要换东西吗？五六年的旧
车呢？ |

1，换wheel cylinders，然后开车coast to coast（我挺想开车穿越一次美国）
2，换wheel cylinders，然后几个月后卖车，去东部再买
3，不换，几个月后卖车
既然主要花费是labor的话，如果我只换后刹车，不换wheel cylinders，是不是价格差
不多？那还不如都换了，反正后刹车也该换了。

mile了。
最省事也是最费钱的方法是去Acura dealer那里换。好像是$300 + $50（labor fee)
／per tire.
想省钱可以去Sam's club买轮胎。两百多一个 Michelin Pilot。plus $60 off 4
tires.
但是wheel 怎么办？是去dealer 那里$330 + $50（labor fee)，还是网上order $280
including shipping to home，然
后带到车行换？
还有先换轮胎还是wheel？还是需要所有的都自己买好，一起带到车行or dealer一下子
换好？我都不知道我有没有力气把
它们搬上车／呜呜呜

没有wheel得每年来回换轮胎，花钱而且对轮胎有伤害
所以这主要看你的车的使用时间，如果连续大于3年，就可以买wheel |

wheel cylinder, I think you can go to local auto accessary store, like
autozone, to buy a new wheel cylinder part match your vehicle type, and
change it by yourself. or you can call some onsite car repair service to let
it done with only $50, no tax. There are lot of such service ad listed on
the craiglist.org.
also, don't forget running a brake bleeding after the wheel cylinder is
installed. |

还建议做wheel balance 跟换 cabin air filter
我记得1w迈的时候貌似rotate过轮胎,再说 wheel balance 跟换 cabin air filter有
点贵,就只让他换了个air filter
rotate 跟wheel balance一码事吧?
不知道他建议的后两个操作是不是最好搞一下?

miles来算，也就是4套轮胎而已。
$2000的话，如果只是wheel，pass。
自己用完2套轮子后，直接换aftermarket的alloy wheel。
一套好点的OEM wheel，不需要$1000。 |

dealer送的一年maintainence过期了
但去STS做保养的时候才被告知，每个轮子都有5个铆钉，其中四个是正常的，另一个是
wheel lock
梅花形不规则齿纹
STS没有对应的key，所以没法卸轮子做rotation。需要问dealer要或买
电话dealer，他们说肯定有的，如果要新的需要60一套
但自从拿到车我确实没见过key，就是铆钉套子
可能的情况是
1.当时dealer压根没给，也没说起这回事
2.在dealer那做保养的时候他们把key拿了
但这些都说不清的
于是ebay上40来块买了一套
说是Nissan OEM的，原装，还说明的匹配的车型
但今天寄到发现不配
想请教了解的人
1.每部车的wheel lock都是特有的吗，还是一个车型的一样？
2.是不是必须去dealer那买？

但是如果租f150的话，我记得很多地方都有“no truck”的样子，会不会不让我开到酒

另外，4-wheel drive还有哪些选项？排除suv（太贵）。现在我是在avis主页上找，

但是断的部分已经被我从lug nut里面取出来了，现在一切都正常。但是我总得买一个
新的wheel lock吧，以后要换轮胎什么的需要用

是液体，易渗入，特别是 洒过盐的雪水，对wheel bearing 损害最大，而轮子不动的

知 rear toe out of adjustment。问店长是什么意思，他说需要找 body shop 来修。
我就纳闷了。买的新车，开不到一年，也没磕碰过，咋就要去 body shop 修呢？
于是打电话问 dealer 是咋回事。Dealer 开始说不用管，车子在路上走的时候 toe 会
自动调整。后来又说，如果你真放心不下，可以开过来给你做 alignment（收费的）。
还说有一些 alignment Firestone 做不了，只有他们才做得了。又说他们那有师傅就
是 Firestone 跳槽过去的，说 Firestone 的 alignment 不是真正的 4-wheel
alignment，因此才有“lifetime alignment”这样的东西。
说得我都糊涂了。做 4-wheel alignment 有那么高难吗？有的店做不了的，另一个店

65r16。想买四个used的wheel换雪胎，查了一下craigslist上有rim和雪胎一起卖的。
我的问题是，是不是只要是205 65r16的都可以装上去，牌子啊，年份啊，都没有关系
呢？有看到11年camry的，15年honda的，还有一些是sport的啥之类的，有区别吗？除
了那个205 65r16外，还有什么其他因素会影响wheel适不适合的呢？

腹肌训练是很复杂的，除了常见的仰卧起坐啦，crunch 啦，来点高强度的练习还是有
必要的。
Ab Wheel可强化腹肌保持稳定的功能，算是时髦的functional strength 练习了。
先介绍一下器械，Ab Wheel 可有单轮，双轮 （两轮可分可合），乃至四轮 （两对双
轮，像两个小哑铃）。就象汽车比独轮车好用一样，四轮的好使而且用处大 （后面再
说）。单轮，双轮的一般10 刀左右。二手店里一刀一个。四轮的可以DIY, 也可以买
Akrowheel 这个brand, 40 刀左右。DIY的话，hardware store 里garden section 可
买到轮子和轴。算起来，Ab Wheel 是物美价廉，便于携带，无需场地的健身器材了。
Full rollout （从脚开始）对大多数人来说比较难，可以从膝开始。从膝开始到从脚
开始的跨度有点大，一般来说有两个过渡动作。一个是面对墙从脚开始，相当于半程动

tirerack上选择车型后，倒是让我选各种wheel,但是没有一个offset是一样的，有的还
