前几天纯属无聊，去看朋友在facebook上加入的群体，有一个叫"asian girls who

Firing someone for being poor at their job, or a bad manager, is nearly
impossible. Even if HR wanted to do it, the process will take months or
years, require regular documentation and followups (and often "training" for
all of you together)...and in the meantime the manager will find ways to
discredit the complaining employees whenever possible, in their defense.
