Party favor的lunch box和里面的小玩具我都是在我们这里机场旁边一个很大的
wholesale party store买的。虽然远一点，但里面东西比较全，也很大，很象国内
的小商品批发市场。东西比一般店里要便宜很多，买的越多越便宜。
我给他们买的那个lunch box我在party city 看到过类似的：

马不是一日造成的, 歧视也不是一日能没的. 哪个小二(即使是中国人), 能容忍你说他
不对. 那个相好, 是威胁出来的?!
美国孩子总说长大要做总统, 俺没有那么崇高的理想, 俺的理想暴弱, 做个黄牛就好了
, 如果能做个象COSTCO那样的大黄牛(这个理想太大), 就更好了.
最近, COSTCO vs OMEGA, COSTCO完败. 但COSTCO依然屹立. 小护士被电, 希望广大护

懂。这里主要一并回答所有的问题。
1。关于注册公司的东东，我会找下agent record, 一并发给大家。
2. 我们是99%的 retail, 而且是drop ship, 所以so far 没有什么inventory的问题，
可能这个和我们的行业有关，因为都是很大的东西。但是窃以为这也是一个大网站的成
功之处：）。我们常用的vendor warehouse 加起来大于50万尺，如果自己做是很难做
到的。
每个人具体情况不一样，可能你的wholesale必须要有inventory, 不过据我所知大部分
即使是wholesale,他们也会从local 调货的。
3。关于os和online marketing实在是大topic, 而且都是ld在做，我只知道大概，，具
体情况也说不了，这个实在要问问ld看他愿不愿意抛投露面：）这里我可能误导大家乐
。我们并没有作search engine optimization. 倒是经常有公司给我们打电话做广告，
要帮我们做，我们都拒之。 我们基本都是花钱作广告。主要原因是我 |

permit，可以免sales tax
9%的tax应该是加州， 你可以开车到Oregon去买， 那里没有sales tax.
一般收sales tax 的都是retailer, 这retailer应该是从另外的wholesaler那批发来的
， 你可以找他的上家直接去买， 那样的话， 利润要高很多噢。

找到大货的运价
所以想从美国进货，网上搜了一些B2B的网站和一些自认是WHOLESALER的网站 价格都奇
高 我查了一下EBAY和AMAZON上的同样产品价格对比，发现他们的WHOLESALE价格比
RETAIL的还要高。(我不明白这类网站怎么生存的，虽然EBAY和AMAZON上的价不是一个
标准，可是也是一个反映市场的平台）。
听说网上有些人公司有卖各类批发公司的DIRETORY， 我搜了一下，也没有什么结果，
如果有朋友能提供一些提示，教我们怎么找这些卖批发公司信息的公司或是批发公司就
太好了，如果能提供一些关键字，我们自个去搜也可以。
PS：
我在NYC 我知道在MANHATTAN 从5-7大道 25-35街附近 是一个很大的批发市场区域，
有兴趣的朋友可以去那走走看看。

可惜不孝顺的俺先考虑小家，生了俩娃，等娃都快能自理了，才重新考虑这个问题。
爹的企业属于传统锻造业，法兰flange和其他pipe fitting。www.sinoflange.com
在还没有成立公司之前，俺在本地跑了些卖相关产品的distritutor。因本产品属
于管道等大型建设中可使用的的小零件，distributor只有少量的库存。一听
俺在本地，很热情的问是不是有库存。如果需要是不是可以直接取货。
俺很无奈的回答没有。听到这里，人家的热情也消失殆尽。
接下来俺的计划是找些wholesaler，看有没有可能建立联系。一般wholesaler基本
可container的进货。
进来这里，希望侠们给些意见
1.是否要成立中国公司的美国office（我现在name card 是U.S.office of **company）， 一般office基本用什么title呢。
2.传统行业的销售渠道有哪些尼？ 俺能想到的是展会.博览会。网站。
3.是否要加入alibaba国际，会扩大客户群。

现在打算要更改名字叫ABCD trading llc 或者 ABCD wholesale llc,哪个名字比较好
。还有没有必要改。觉得名字带着trading 或者 wholesale可以更容易赢得卖家信赖。
还有找了半天没有看到哪里可以申请reseller permit, 州网站上有一个One Stop
Business Registration 可以申请business license， 是不是申请一个business

the driver he said the oil group is automatic delivery which means they'll
make sure you always have oil and the delivery time is up to them. To avoid
overfill related problem they won't fill to the up limit.
I don't have a problem if they can keep my tank over 1/4 full at all time.

对dfe (Equalizer)，我想说我把我的信任给了那位中介，结果被辜负了。当然在商言
商。我不怪他（她）。
在做Appraisal之前的口头协议确实是没问题的。 结果我的房子被Appraiser升值了，
银行风险小了，多给了我1000多（7425变8775）的Extra Credit。这钱是跟我的loan有
关的，
应该归我，和贷款中介没瓜葛。
市场上的wholesale loan rate 在下面的连接可以查。Retail Loan Rate 一般比它高0
.5%。这就是Lender Credit 的由来。然后又变身成Origination Fee被Lender和Broker
收了回去。

行所申请的贷款属于“Retail”渠道，找broker申请的则属于“Wholesale”渠道。银
行把处理文件，接洽客户等marketing和processing的高人力成本的事情外包给broker
，从而broker能够从银行那里提供给客户更低的“一揽子”利率。从字面上理解，
wholesale翻译过来是批发，retail是零售。批发价当然比零售价低啦。 |

have better rate comparing to wholesale broker. If your have super
conforming loan or conforming loan, wholesale lenders will have better rate.
retail lenders such as WF/CHASE...usually charge you fees but whole sale
brokers can provide no point no fee loans for you. |

retails和wholesales, agents通常拿到的是wholesales的利率，银行内部的销售人员
拿的是retails的利率。所以认为银行利率一定比agents的低太笼统了，去年我在银行
时做mortgage banker时办理过大量的purchase jumbo贷款，大部分都会过一段时间找
agents做重新贷款。银行做卖房贷款通常速度快，但利率不能保证最好。 |
