55想买WLT是不可能的，它的资产应该是75买断。
这样的给价新闻我觉得是机构想抬高出货。
明天开盘要是32-35就可以买，要是直接20%就还是搞别的煤股安全。
搞短线是没有被买断的命的。 今天WLT的量价明显不匹配，所以我就出光了。奶奶的，
又错过了。 不过ACI 也不会弱的。 |

不得不说，WLT是我见过的效率最高的pump和dump的股票。
股版老将人数多，智商低，扮老将坑老将确实最科学，效率最高。
另一个扮小将大牛的pump效果就没这么好。

发帖数: 651 | 12 如果WLT真liquidate,现在的所有股票估计应该至少值200M+,单股价格$3.00+
看最近的走势，公司可能要发行新股来替换unsecured notes (估计$520M)，新股发行
的价格可能在$5-6之间。现在机构做空，到时直接从公司买入新股，都不需要cover的。
WLT已近不能在举债了，现在只能玩share holder的那么一点点价值，来延长liquidate
的时间。如果公司真sale asset, 把canadian 的两个矿给卖了，至少可以卖1.5B，那
对股东是绝对的利好，但是damn CEO拼死都不把老爸（老爷）留给他的基业给卖了，就
在那里趁着，给wall st 爆菊。。。 |

40.50 this time again, I shorted on Tuesday at 38.80, covered at 37.45 on
Wednesday, it re-tested above 39.00 yesday, it is coming down today to 20 MA

buyout至少短期内可能性很小。
大家都怎么看insider buy。wlt的高管们在2011年8/9-16集中有很多buy，是抄了一个
小底。但总是说，他家高管时不时买一些，但股票越走越低。看来这些高管炒自家股票
的能力也一般啊。 |
