清大家介绍一下自己用的方便的工具吧。
我以前没用word写过paper，但是endnote好像是跟word结合的
所以现在不知道是该投资endnote转用word,还是找根latex一起的其他文献管理工具继
续用latex |

发帖数: 3446 | 2 我现在写文章都用Latex。文献管理用JabRef，这是个Java程序，我个人感觉比EndNote
好用。我过去是用Endnote的，自己还花钱买过，但现在也不用了。因为它只支持Word
on Windows, 数据库也不是文本的，不象JabRef的数据库就是bibtex的文件，比较灵活
，可以自己改。在Windows上，一般用WinEdt作Latex的编辑器。在Linux机器上，我用
Kile。JabRef对这些都支持，直接引用就行了，和Endnote与Word的结合一样。
心理学的Latex模板一般标准就是APA的，在网上都可以找到的。既然你都已经在用
Latex了，就不必改到Word了吧？Word弄出来的文本太难看了，弄个公式搞个图的也不
方便。呵呵。 |

,went等等，同时有些词要尽量少用，例如 very，all，important，used to， every
，often， almost， big，small，great啥的。不是说这些词有啥不对，但用多了确实
会影响观感。
老床之所以不被受教育程度高的白人待见，很大的原因就在于他演讲和辩论的时候过多
的使用了这些weak words 和 bad words. 尽管他学历够高，但给人的感觉是受教育程
度不高，进而形成了一种“心理优势”。媒体在试图证明Trump不qualify 的时候尽管
不会直接说，但他的表达风格确实给了“精英阶层”一种暗示。
回头看，巴马和男克之所以被大众喜欢，其演讲的用词和风格是一个重要的原因。
现在指望70岁老头来改变自己已经没什么可能了，只希望民众的不满情绪能够让选民忽

因为图太多，只有15页空间，所以图片插入WORD文档以后，尺寸放的比较小，
转化成PDF以后，发现图像质量很差，
是不是我的ADOBE PDF压缩图片过头了？有啥地方可以改PDF的设置么？
另外，不知道大家是怎么做图的？ 我一般在PPT里面把图做好，figure caption 也在
PPT里面插入 TEXT 来写， 然后整张截图， 粘贴到WORD文件里，
这样的好处是图片和 figure caption 绑定在一起， 在WORD里面放大缩小不容易变形
， 但是截图出来的文字， 转成PDF以后也很难看， 很不清晰，不知道大家都是怎么做

LaTeX的几个优势是交叉引用，公式，ligature。这几个功能完全可以更简洁的标记语

Monster提交Resume,还有一种提交Word版本的Resume给某个人。
比如说：Please respond to this advertisement by attaching your resume in MS

company will give you a call if you meet the requirements.
他们为什么都要Word版本的Resume,而不是PDF版本？有什么安全隐患么？

显然如果一个词可以分解成其他词的组合，那么这个词一定和其第一个分词靠得很近，

给看好的condo做了inspection，大体没问题，就是两个洗手间的toiler水流相当相当

便使用，更可能导致leaking
我们跟seller一说他们就满口答应修，然后我们就叫我们的律师把seller答应的条件放
到contract里头作为contigencies
我们的律师说wording（就是我们和seller交涉的email）不够严谨，修成个什么样子没
有一个标准来检验，seller可以号称已经修过了但是无法improve much，最好我们自己
找人来修
我们没法联系对方的律师，据说他的态度也是无法接受，因为wording不严谨，他担心
他的client将来liability太大
已经耽误了两三个礼拜了 |

如果想在Word文 件中，制作出像稿纸或小学生作业簿那样一字一格的效果，要是先用
表格画好格子后，再一格一格慢慢输入文字的话，大概打不到十个字就会宣告放弃。而
虽然微软 有提供「稿纸」范本的加载宏，不过一用下去，整份文件都得套用稿纸效果
，如果你只有某一段文字想做成一格一格的稿纸形式，就没办法了。其实只要巧妙运用
「文字转换表格」功能，我们可以让任意一段文字变成稿纸样式，就不必被模板限制
住啰！
Step：
1.先选取要制作网格线的文字部分。
2.点选菜单【编辑】→【取代】，并在「寻找目标」输入「^?」，在「取代为」输入「

如果你知道你的公式要和文字font 8搭配，那么在输入公式时，可以用 Size->
Smaller。
现在的问题是，我不知道文字最终要多少大小的字体。
比如我在font 12下输入公式，这时公式有默认的各种字符的大小很搭配。
1个月后，我需要把文字大小设成font 10，那么怎么改变所有公式的font大小呢？
有人说选中文字，然后再用font来改变大小。
这个只对文字有用。公式不改变。
对了，我用的是Word 2003，
MathType Ver. 6.6。
难道最新版本可以一起改变了？ |

进入IEEE xplore 收录的每篇journal or conf文章
点击Key words (比较靠右的一个tab)
系统会列出作者自定的key words, 以及其他 system-associated key words
例如 "adaptive control"
点击"adaptive control" 系统会自动找出所有IEEE xplore上的有关文章
然后对所有文章以citation排序 （缺省是时间排序）
例如你找到你的文章citation在 9 out of 381同类文章中， 是否可以在contribution
中claim the petitioner is among top 2% in the world on this particular topic?

发期刊的话，如果提供word版本和提供latex版本是不同价格的，word要贵上挺多的。
我们老板都快70岁了，还拼命要求我们要用latex。 word写出来的论文太丑了。 |
