Sorry i can not use chinese now.
I have H1B, then transfer to F2, now i find a job and need to file H1B.
HR said that i can start working after they file the H1B application and get
the receipt. Is that right? Actually, the first H1B is non-cap, and the new
one is with cap. I am really confused. I am thinking that since HR let me
work, i can just work, no losing for me. Right? Any problem in the future?
Thanks for any suggestion.
