发帖数: 392 | 2 最近自己在装一把tactical AR。Lower已经build好了，现在在装Upper。工具买了一个
wheeler engineering的wrench和torque wrench combo。后来一看我买的wilson
combat TRIM rail配的是slim barrel nut需要1 and 1/4 or 1 and 3/16 inch的
wrench。 wheeler的那套，不能用于tactical rail的。 Amazon上有的那个1, 1/4的
crowfoot太厚了，有0.63", 我拿游标卡尺量了下，我的那个barrel nut的卡槽才 0.45
",去几家local汽配店和harbor freight看了，没有找到crowfoot，只有大号的wrench
。店里人都说你用这个就成，不过我既然有flat beam torque wrench, 还是更想搞个
crowfoot，能精确地达到50 ft/lbs的torque。
大家有类似经验的吗？推荐一个wrench? 谢谢。

一下方法，可以让你能上120lb ft的力矩
desired torque = wrench setting * (wrench length + extension length) /
wrench length.
extension length = 0.5 wrench length
现在的问题是，哪儿能买到这样的extension

它们价钱差不多。air imapct wrench包含一个30gallon的air compressor
电的，节省空间。但是个头大，很多空间小的地方无法使用。

假如没有任何东西固定crankshaft的话，为何用手动wrench，这个你永远也扳动不开，
无论你多大的力气。
但是用impact wrench，你就能扳开，好像让这个pulley固定了一样。

有就用，没就不要拧的过份紧就是了。不打仗不跑路的，归零偏了，镜架松了重新再来
总比拧坏导轨或镜架要好。
还有就是比较廉价的torque wrench不一定准，一般的torque wrench也就在一定范围内
比较准，要精益求精还要先校正好自己的torque wrench。 |

没差别。
除非你用小齿轮驱动大齿轮，小齿轮跟 torque wrench 共轴联动，大齿轮跟螺
丝共轴联动。有这功夫再买个大量程的torque wrench 那不是分分钟的事。 |

wrench给你的结果也不会变大，只不过力臂长了，你用的力量小点，就达到设定的
torque了。
BTW:再买一个大点的torque wrench吧，或者听节力学课有助于打消你这个念头。 |

发帖数: 3042 | 25 torque wrench很难正确地用在spark plug上, 因为head是铝的，spark plug是钢的，
没有经验的话，很难找到正确的torque, 如果在thread上抹了anti-seize，那torque读
数就根本没有意义了。有的车，会让你拧到接触之后，再拧180度。我一般是用8寸左右
的小rachet，拧到比较solid的接触就停了（就是用蛮力还能拧动，但是悠着点拧不动
的状态，不太好形容，就算用70%的力量吧)
其实除了head bolts之外，我觉得修旧车用torque wrench用处真的不大，一方面车本
身的tolerance很高，另一方面旧的螺丝螺钉上面的锈，油什么的，能造成很大的读数
误差，如果坚持依赖torque wrench的读数，结果可能还不如用common sense。我自己
修车一般都是凭感觉，分四档：第一档，as tight as possible, 各种suspension大螺
丝；第二档，very tight: wheel lug, 其他的大螺丝；第三档，比较紧，各种中型螺

2.6CFM@90PSI， 好像一般的air impact wrench 都需要4-5CFM, 网上调研了一下，
说是空压机的CFM低于impact wrench的CFM requirement，也能用，不过就是持续几秒
就得等着空压机的气压上来，如果空压机的CFM高于air tool 的CFM, 就可以持续用了

。。。 然后在新 filter 加满油后， 用手拧牢， 希望下次不用 wrench 就可以拧下

修车手册上给的torque spec是LBS-INCH，是个很小的单位。
需要那种小号的torque wrench。
网上看了看，好像都要上百。
就用一次，买了再退太伤RP了。
不知道哪里能借到或者租到这种工具。
