近十年来因为 Xerox 不愿意继续大力投资research, Xerox PARC 就被剥离出来了，
改名叫 PARC, 半独立运营，同时期望被大买家买走。
当年 Xerox PARC 在学术界和工业界地位及其崇高。是个人桌面电脑 (Xerox STAR),
图形用户界面 (GUI)，所见即所得技术 (WYSIWYG), 激光打印机，Ethernet 的发源地。
早期 Apple, Microsft 的主力不少来自 Xerox PARC. Xerox PARC 同时也是不擅长
把 research商业化的典型，公司本身从这些发明中获益很少。不过即使现在，在学术
圈里 PARC 的形象还是很好。在那里的实习经历肯定是有加分的。

看demo而已，不涉及技术转让。而不是像你说的，apple先看了xerox的demo，然后达成
了一个的协议可以使用改进xerox的技术。
apple有没有抄袭xerox的gui? 技术上来说不是抄袭，因为具体的实现并不一样。但是
apple绝对从xerox的实现方案中得到了启示，突破了自己技术上的障碍。

Jobs和Xerox谈的deal，给Xerox原始股，让Apple去PARC学习。
否则的话Xerox还不把Apple告死？那时候Xerox可是大牛公司，

感觉苹果洗脑成果的确不小。
其实如今的IT技术几乎没什么是苹果发明的。就说最大的两样吧，Windows 是Xerox 发
明的（感兴趣的朋友可以去查查 smalltalk），当然是苹果首先将其用于Machitosh 的
；互联网是美国国防部发明的。再说触摸界面，那也绝不好说是苹果发明的。苹果2010
年做出的iPad，但相关的触摸技术早在 2007 年的微软平面计算机展示上就有了。关
