(1) XR80 + XR14 = $4400

XR80系列就是TUD的型号。
从省钱角度看你们那边没必要装XR95, 但是XR95如果装在attic 里， 运行噪音比XR80

制冷。查出evaporator coil有leak，更换需要$1900，干脆把空调和暖气一起换掉。刚
收到本地一家报价，他们是Trane的dealier. 是不是最简单的Bid 1就足够了？大家怎
么看？imore怎么看？ECM motor 和SEER 16值得多出来的价钱吗？
对了，下面的报价是3.5ton的（除了2 stage的是4ton），现有的AC是3 ton的。

报价一：
Lennox XC13-030-230 2 ton 15seer A/C
Lennox SL280-070V36A 2 stage variable speed furnace AFUE 80
一共$5,700
报价二：
Trane XB13 4TTB3030 2.5Ton 13seer A/C
Trane XR80 TUD1B060 one stage gas furnace AFUE80
一共$4,600
房子包括地下室一共1620 sqft。冬天gas bill一般每月$80-$100，夏天电费也差不多
每月$80-90请大家给个参考意见。多谢！！！！ |

contractor. My neighbor and I hired this company to replace furnace & AC
this summer. its quote is very reasonable. XR80 furnace + XR 16 AC cost
about $6500 ($8400 for XV95 & XR16). |

1800 sqft， 地下1000 sqft. 感觉Costco的最优了是不是？他家还有12month 0%APR。
建不建议多花650块装ECM motor？ 另外还在等一家local Lennox dealer的报价， 不
