南得死被搞得焦头烂额的，对其他人也是个惊醒，下次刘投ＹＥＳ之前也得想想。现在

Have you ever wondered what an elite tour player's handicap index might be?
Phil Mickelson, a member at Whisper Rock Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz., is
playing to a +5.2, according to the USGA's Golf Handicap and Information
Network (ghin.com).
Mickelson, who designed the Lower Course at Whisper Rock, is one of several
tour players who are members there, and their PGA Tour scores are posted.

Would anyone like to explain this for people who are not completely golf
savvy? I understand that the higher your handicap, the worse of a player you
are, so I'm not understanding the numbers given above. Why would Bones's
handicap be so much lower than Phil's? I'm clearly confusing myself here.
Sorry if this is a really dumb question.

YES面材比较硬，若用太薄的海绵，在正手发力到力量的高档位的时候会有一下就到底
板的感觉，也就是有“光板打球”的感觉，不仅蓄能不足，而且弧线会突然变直。正面
用太薄的海绵虽然有利于接发球的控制和手感，但是在推挡时会缺少了一种吞吐感，虽
然防一般的加转弧圈会因易透板而好控制，但在防守顶大板时易失控，因为少了海绵的
缓冲效应。同时，用薄海绵加力推挡时的出球不够前拱，出球快但球速衰减的也快，不
能给对方造成压迫感，对手退半步就容易连续进攻了。
上述问题（“发力打易发飘”，“推挡底劲不足”), 只要把正手海绵换成2.2的，就会
迎刃而解。 |

发帖数: 2243 | 23 以前正手一直用中度硬的胶皮，无论什么拍子；反手用软涩弹的胶皮。这个YES是七层
板，比较硬，出球快，先试了一下729-08，感觉正手弧圈失误比较多。那就换一块软的
胶皮试试？就把海夫白鲨2放到了正手，正手弧圈上台率立马提高很多。这个海夫白鲨2
是涩性胶皮，吃球非常好，即使摩擦很薄都能把球挂上去，而且极容易透板。不足的地
方是击打的失误比较多，好像应该调整一下板型。反手是Palio Macro Era，前些日子
有人推荐过。虽然是中国的牌子，但是在德国做的。无论是海绵还是胶皮跟手上另一块
Palio的胶皮截然不同，涩软轻弹，原来反手一直用Nittaku的Renanos Bright Soft，
我觉得Palio Macro Era比它要好一些，放在反手也是吃球好容易透板，反手弧圈上台
率也提高不少，原来觉得上不了台的球基本上都能上台。而且这个Palio Macro Era仅
仅是Renanos Bright Soft价格的一半。强烈推荐这个Palio Macro Era，放在正反手应
该都没问题，真是物美价廉。 |

发帖数: 2457 | 25 YES属于薄七夹，确实兼顾了推挡和横打。这板子是半空心手柄，重心是有些靠前的，
建议深握一点，可减少头坠感和对手腕的负荷。直板横打确实难练，跟教练多球可能是
必走之途。另外，楼主的胶皮配置不错，如果打久了嫌不灌胶的EL不够给力，可以换成
T64。 |

follow through into the court. Some takes a small step in side and back out
to the baseline. Michael is the second.
If you don't "lift" or "move" your left foot at all, there is no forward
momentum because you have to stop or you will go out of balance. Maybe I
just walked a fuzzy line between "small step" and "not to jump, no to
pronation, yes to ytcw". My bad.

show a point, that if you channel your energy properly, you don't need to
put too much stress on jump, balance come first. Now, when I serve my left
has a small hop into the court. However, for a beginner who's learning the
serve, I would still suggest try not to move the feet. This will help
understand/"wu" the forward momentum better, and feel the reach up instead
of falling forward into the court.
