1。不稳定的系统，只要是trading繁忙的时候，只要是出现别的broker容易死掉的时候
，他们家基本上都死。但是人家都好好的时候，他们一样会死。
2。不支持盘后交易。这个更要命。就算是开盘的时候死掉，人家别的可以在盘后至少恢
复了，股票还有补救机会，他们家只有等到第二天开盘了。
3。streamer不免费
4。报税时候，生成schedule D需要花钱。
5。这条非常恶劣。他们能不是因为margin原因却改动你的order.比如说你的order是3块
钱要卖的call,居然会出现中间某个时候1块5他们就给你卖掉了。
6。客服很差。应该说不是差，是弱智。打电话进去下order能碰上不知道怎么下order的
csr.
7。客服难打。即使是平时非特殊时间，都要等几分钟。忙碌的时候，等1，2个小时不奇

cash是卖掉股票后第二天到帐，在cash没到账的时候就用margin买，不用付利息 |

找客服解除锁定，但第二天又会被系统自动锁定。找了他们很多次也解决不了问题，已
经持续很长时间了。其中的损失也是不言而喻的。想请问大家有什么地方什么方式可以

其实DIV所得总共不过上百美刀。
比如ZECCO，他家的交易结算都是通过Penson Financial Service Inc.
我的1099-DIV/INT/MISC等总表也是Penson Financial Service Inc.寄来的。
请问在1040 SCHEDULE B上Name of Payer应该填谁的名字, ZECCO还是Penson
Financial Service Inc.？
另外我在ZECCO持有十几只股票和ETF，我需要在1040 SCH B上详细列出每一只股票和
ETF的分红还是可以可以把1099-总表上的分红总数列上即可？

IB is cheap for daytrade.
Zecco 10 free trade/per month for balance >$25000 or >25 trade/month, $4.5
per trade, $0.5 /option
sogotrade $3/trade, free 100 trade first month
optionshouse $2.95 /trade, $9.99 for any amounts of options

Have you taken that into your consideration?
IB seems to be a reasonable way to do it.
I have never used IB, nor Zecco before. But I know sharebuilder is kinda
crappy. It's more like a bank account, its MF are crappy, very limited on
choices and fees for MF r high. But it does have the dividend auto-reinvest
for free. This is something that Scottrade doesn't offer. The best time to
open an account with sharebuilder is when they run the July4th or

but I imagine you wouldn't be trading a lot in your IRA. If you do trade 10 times per month in your IRA, then zecco is fine. |

Before QID splitted on Feb. 25, I bought some QID March and April calls. Now
all calls were wiped out.
Even ridiculously ZECCO informed I owe them money due to Regulation T (RT)
margin calls, and I must transfer cash into the account before March 4th.
Any comments and help are truly appreciated.

等等。
然后3月间我又受到了DBA,UNG,BX这几家公司寄来的Schedule K-1(Form 1065)。
列出利息，分红，期权期货浮动盈亏，以及在外国的纳税额等等。
我想请教各位前辈高人：
Schedule K-1(Form 1065)和broker寄来的1099-综合表是否有重复？
如果有重复的话，该怎么处理？是否以broker寄来的1099-综合表为准？
这几家公司寄来的Schedule K-1(Form 1065)是否也要附在联邦税表上？

言归正传，刚开了roth IRA的户头。开之前，在本版考古一下。谢谢zhyuan的开户总结
。很有用。
我最后选择了scottrade.
说说我的考虑吧
1.我个人主要想投资股票。
首先，年纪还没到考虑退休的时候，完全可以承担风险。其次，我的401k已经全部买了
mf。因此这部分钱，roth ira,完全可以采用更激进的投资策略。最后，我是很看好现
在的股市。
2.选择scottrade的原因
我已经在scottrade有个股票账户。基本满意。交易费7刀，没有其他费用，这对于中长
线投资还是比较有吸引力的。另，原来考虑过Zecco，但是不少人反映比较客服烂。而
且，在scottrade关闭不需要任何费用。过一段时间要是不满意的话，我可以随时起义
的。呵呵。

3. buy and sell any time (缺点)
ETF 缺点：
1. 小额投资没法dollar cost average
2. bid ask spread，commission cost
3. someone have problem reinvest dividend
4. zero commission可能随时消失

I trade more in Zecco since there are tons of stocks to choose from. I
usually hold more than 2 stocks at a time.
The trading frequency has little to do with the performance. |
