北美的围棋朋友们，大家好！
我下棋有20多年了，非常的热爱。最早参加AGA的活动是2002年，当时代表密西根参加
一个三个州的交流赛。2010年以后我开始直接在AGA内部效力（我的一些工作http://ngol.us/New.html#introduction）
最近AGA在竞选理事会，我借机发表我的拙见，恳请大家指正。也希望新老朋友能投我

我觉得AGA在许多方面都应该加快改革力度, 只有实实在在的为会员谋福利，才能得人
心，然后才能有更大的发展。我提议在下面三方面进行立即改革。
1． 竭力降低围棋大会和围棋比赛的收费；
2． 成立一个新的“网络部”，专门为4段以下会员举行一年四次网络赛事，其中两
次颁发段位或级位证书；
3． 给予各地俱乐部更大的支持，间接为AGA会员服务。
