。國內安全部20日突擊紐約市19家華人雜貨店，以涉嫌以折扣價兌現奶票，套換現金，
詐欺政府，從中牟利，已逮捕13華人，詐欺總金額高達3000萬元。
聯邦國內安全部20日一早在紐約曼哈坦、布碌崙和皇后區查封這些雜貨店，目前已逮捕
13人，另有三人在逃，被捕的13人20日傍晚在紐約南區聯邦法院過堂。同時，紐約州檢
察官辦公室也逮捕捲入該案另外十人。
這起案件是近年來最大規模的華人奶票詐欺案，金額之高讓紐約南區聯邦檢察官巴拉拉
(Preet Bharara)強烈譴責這些詐騙納稅人錢，圖利自己的涉案者。
根據法院文件，這16名華人嫌犯分屬三個不同的奶票詐欺案件，但是這三個詐欺案件手
法如出一轍，這些嫌犯很多是夫妻或是有親屬關係。
檢方將這三個奶票詐欺案件分別起訴，第一是以游東查(Tung Cha Yo，姓名皆音譯)為

家。二是，汇丰银行近日出台一项新政策，对某些购买美国物业的中国人进行限制。这
对于美国的房地产业以及来美购房的中国人无疑会引起不小的影响：美国房价会因此大
幅下跌吗？
美国启动豪宅洗钱调查

据意大利《晚邮报》5日报道，当地时间4日晚，意大利首都罗马街头上演一起血腥
命案：现年31岁的华人男子周正（音译）与妻女准备回家的途中，被两个骑摩托车的年
轻人尾随并持枪打劫。周正父女中枪死亡。周正的妻子胸部中枪，目前正在接受抢救。
据悉，这起血腥惨案震惊了意大利，并成为5日意大利许多主流媒体的头条新闻。
