Same question. I know some guys/girls going to the States after finishing
the PhD. But they are all doing post-doc. Have you come across some
successful stories where people have found a industry job in the States with
an Australian phd? I know it's possible if you want to work in UK, but it's
likely a totally different story when it comes to compete with America-
trained phd graduates. Thanks a lot! |

fierce! The reason, evidently, is there are not that many openings around at
first place! The high value of Oz dollars are really doing no favour for
the local industry. Expect more and more work will be outsourced to India
and China.

我最后用的是kevin zhu, 觉得这个人确实不热情， 但rate很好， 而且quote很简单，
也不会fool you around, 觉得他可能就是靠volumn赚前的， 有人觉得不爽也很正常
， 因为他忙了确实不care人， 给你个rate, 爱做不做。我自己不喜欢那种吹牛的
banker, 而且自己在银行里面打杂， 被人要来和去惯了， 所以没觉得怎么样。要
respect的， 别去找他就是了。 |

以前找过新美某人，锁了利率后活生生拖了我们三个月才启动，最后说我们信用记录突

mad. Just a little mean that shooting Kevin in the open. While no one knows
who you realy are.
We started with Kevin in 2010 on our primary residence in Short Hills. He
gave us the best rate and shortest closing time. We since refinanced two
times with Kevin and one time with another company. All very smooth.
last year, we bought 2nd house also through Kevin. First credit approval

leftover milk is good, it has grown substantially after
I got it.
But here is the question, I found sometimes its branches
wither and turn yellow, even when it has other branches
keep growing, is this normal?
I suspect that too much sunlight might be the cause of it, any
one has similiar experience?
