快算了吧。你这就是一般agent要套住buyer的把戏。要是做完investigation后seller
就是不减价你怎么办?
还是一开始就要把price压低比较好。

I used this strategy, pretty good to get you lock down on the offer.
usually seller are expected to reduce price after inspection. They had that
in their mind as well. I knocked off like 10k on inspection report.

depending on the market. by that time you may have spend $800 on attorney
and $400 on inspection… If you contract a higher price and re-negoitate a
lower after inspection, it is hard to say if you get a good deal becuase you
can negotiate a lower price in the first place.
