I downloaded ns-2 2.1b9a and tried to install it on RedHat 8.0. There is an
installation problem:
error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot creat
executables.
tcl8.3.2 configuration failed! Exiting ...

Anybody knows how to fix it. Thanks in advance!
