LICENSE, I don't need to say designation. What I mean is that if a person
have passed CPA exam, but due to the fact that some requirement of license
is not satisfied,such as work experience, he can be titled designation but

pass exam doesn't equal CPA designation
pass exam is just first step to get ur CPA designation/license.
what u thought is wrong.
However, IL is the only state can give u CPA license without working
experience, Once you get ur license, you can say you are CPA, but you can
not say you are CPA if you work for public accounting firm in this case.

strict requirement for CPA. I think you may want to refer Daleware... I am
not sure.

if you just want to be called CPA, then IL is the only one left without
working experience. You must have 150 units, you will get ur CPA certificate
and you can call urself a CPA, BUT if you ever work for a CPA firm, you can
not say you are CPA unless you get the one with attestation.
I applied the IL CPA(NON public one), but got turn down because I was 1 unit
short to 150 units. The evaluation person(Only one doing it) is very strict

just put it on ur resume as "already passed all 4 parts of CPA exams, in the
process of getting licensure"
- that's what I did before
in this way, you show your ability and qualification and also let the
recruiter know that you just need to be approved by state board, which is a
matter of time and should not be a big deal for them.
