Now the job marketing is terrible, even I have more 2 years working
experiences in accounting areas.
Hope I can find a job ASAP.

my friend got laid off 2 months ago, but he got 2 offers from local CPA
firms within 1 month. As long as you try hard, you will get what you need.

Job market for accounting is still strong for experienced people. Ask your
friends or coworkers or boss
to refer you. It normally speeds up the process.

With the adoption of IFRS in the coming years, the outsourcing of accounting
and auditing becomes more realistic. There will be more competition in the
public accounting field, especially when so many students choose the
accounitng and auditing. Personally, I think the healthcare and education
may be hot spots in the future. |

I agree. Firms are leaning toward using internal auditors and outsourcing
jobs to india. |
