发帖数: 59 | 7 一般是5年左右升manager,特别牛的performer例外。fresh managers make high 80K,
bonus 8-10K, 所以9-10万应该是一般的expectation. 有一定经验的manager应该都有
100K+. 可以做到manager基本上想去corporate也很容易，跳槽也都会有一个比较客观
的pay raise. |

experience ratio is not always upwards. Once your salary reaches the peak
point, it generally will decline along with your age. So not surprise some
guy get 200k with 10 years exp, but others get 100k with 20+ years exp.

In bay area, senior can make at least 80K.

compliance i.e. return prep) or M&A tax practice, you can easily get 100k if
you jump from one big 4 to another just as an experienced Senior not even
mger assuming you are an accountant. if you are a top MBA or law background,
the entry level for these departments could be around 100k. |

manager in my firm (one of the big four) in east coast (not NY) is making in
a range from 85 - 100K. More in the 90 range. |
