是100%的情况下，我两个混一起了。

Dr. Cash (from dividend）

在做Consol之前，
Dr. Income from xx
Cr. Dividend declared
Cr. Investment in xx
不系100%母公司按比例算，做Consl之前还要消掉Income to non-controlling
interest,介就麻烦一些。

Cr. NCI (介部分会到Consl的SE里面去）
