国际学生中心说status是resident alien,不给发1042s了,虽然有fellowship。
从一总部在境外的foundation拿到一笔fellowship,因为资金来源境外,也不给发任何
报税用的证明。
没有W-2表。
所以就有了现在这种状况,
有fellowship收入(没扣税),但所有提供fellowship的机构都不提供报税用的相关
statement。

S.. Two things can help you.
1. Substantial presence test: alien must stay in U.S. for 31 days in the
current calendar year; and 183 days for the last 3 calendar years. If both
conditions are met, resident alien will be taxed. So apply this to your
personal situation.
