International Tax Analyst - Decatur, IL
This is an Exempt position.
Job Description:
The analyst will work on ADM Federal Tax return compliance, witholding taxes
, tax research, foreign tax credit, subpart F income planning and prepare
IRS audit responses as needed. Primary focus will be processing annually the
international information for approximately 100 of ADM foreign subsidiaries
. The analyst will work with other corporate departments including
accounting and operational personnel, as well as work with ADM's foreign
offices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting required.
• CPA, Master of Taxation, or other advanced degree a plus, but not
required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate tax department with
international emphasis (preferred) or a CPA firm’s tax group.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to function independently and decisively.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities to meet
established deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office software, electronic tax research tools (
eg: CCH, RIA, BNA) and tax compliance software (eg: CorpTax).
This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP,
