interview skills. You need to be very careful with your recruiter, such as
tell them specifically you only accept permenente position, no short term,
no contract. Also be tough when negotiate salary and don't share your job
searching information with your recruiters. They always want to know what
companies you have interviewed and who you have talked to etc. they like to
push you around, so just stand your ground. Recruiters have other
resources we can't get from direct apply. For example, they know what the
hiring manager is looking for. They know what questions the hiring manager
would ask because if they already sent candidates to the hiring manager,
they usually got the interview information already. So don't reject the
recruiters totally, they can be helpful if you use them right. | m****i

我的几份工作都是recruiter找的。
从一开始的temp job到最后的full time，以及现在新的一份不错的full time。。。
我觉得recruiter可能一开始不能给你很好的工作，我做了好几份recruiter介绍的temp
但是最后总是可以找到的，你要不去就一点希望都没有。 | b*****z
