是actuarial work,一半是financial analysis,我对financial analysis的理解是:
Financial analysis 就是 financial statement analysis or accounting analysis,
an assessment of the viability, stability and profitability of a business
or project.更靠近accounting.
HR周五我让下周去onsite, 我重查了一遍job description ,发现position要求strong
quantitative abilities, strong program language skills(be able to apply
computers to solving complex business problems),
我就糊涂了,难道financial analysis也是指financial engineering, stochastic
modeling这些方面.在和HR电面时,HR到是也问了我是愿意往quantitative发展还是往
actuarial发展.
我想周末好好准备一下,可也不知道该看那方面.有明白的请给我讲讲" what is
financial analysis". | w***i

financial statements. actuary always needs quantitative and programming
skills. but it is different from financial engineering.
Is the position related to AG43?

系吧. financial reporting不就是GAAP and statutary report吗,用得着太多qunat? | w***i
