试，还考了４次。我不讨厌做题的感觉，因为下班的时间浪费也就浪费了，看看小说，
逛逛MITBBS，还很空虚。
大家有在精算行业看过我这么苯的吗？我联系DW SIMPSON，人都不理我的。
我还有希望转过去吗？我唯一的优势大概就是有身份了...... |

EXCEL出REPORT，弄得漂亮都升不到我的职。还不如考一门就给加点新水呢，公平 |

还得个10年考试. 怎么算怎么不划算, 除非你现在没工作.

前面2门考试是整个精算考试里最简单的2门，后面的考试越来越难。考试时间也增加。 |

不跳槽的话有些地方给的少但纽约周围这些公司的student program 很少有少于100K的

发帖数: 99 | 15 除了NEW YORK， BOSTON地区,中国学生有两门考试，拿到6万的实在不多.我还真没有听说那个刚毕业的国际学生，或者转行的拿到100K的entry-level position

The following salary increases are awarded to trainees who are successful on
the actuarial exams:
Exam Passed: Salary Increase:
Exam P 6%
Exam FM 6%
Exam MLC 5%
Exam MFE 3%
Exam C 6%
FAP1 3.5%
FAP2 3.5%
FSA Modules 4%
Exam DP/FETE 9%
Exam CSP/APM/AFE 9%
Merit Increases
Each March, actuarial trainees are eligible for a merit increase. The level
of a trainee's increase depends upon the trainee's job performance during
the prior year. In addition, actuarial trainees are eligible for a bonus
each year:
•5% for Actuarial Assistants and Senior Actuarial Assistants
•7.5% for Actuarial Directors
•15% for Assistant Actuaries |

我一直没搞懂为什么大家说１０门到FSA，VEE为什么不算在里面

undergrad education or maybe some kind of graduate study, thus most people
have some (if not all) VEE credits already when they start their entry-level
job. |

各个公司的的title真是不可比呀。actuarial directors比assistant acturaries
level还低。呵呵

但是如果你前两个就考了四次试，我觉得你以后会很难很累。
我当初可是一次就高分过了。现在那个痛苦。
