在中国卖出高价的三文鱼，在澳大利亚却泛滥到没人吃，甚至以50美分（约合3.5元人
民币）一公斤的价格被卖去当龙虾饵料！

据澳洲广播电视台ABC昨日（5月6日）报道，每年到了繁殖季节，成群结队的野生三文
鱼就会来到澳大利亚休憩、产卵，但是由于澳大利亚渔业捕捞量大幅下降，短短五年，
一个季度的捕捞量就从3000吨，下降到75至300吨之间，所以鱼就开始泛滥。
当地也想要解决这个问题，比如拿来吃，但是澳大利亚的厨师却不擅长处理这种野生三
文鱼，一是因为野生的肉是红色的，腥味重，厨师不会处理；二是会与养殖的三文鱼形
成竞争关系，所以市场有抵触情绪。
目前，这些野生的三文鱼就只能用来做龙虾的饵料，价格低至50美分（约合人民币3.5
元）一公斤。 |
