Apple today announced that its iTunes Music Store has sold more than 25
million songs since it was opened in April, 2003. The official word comes a
week after Apple director of marketing for iTunes Peter Lowe announced that
the company had sold more than 20 million songs, during his presentation to
music industry representatives at the recent Music 2.0 conference.
