是把iPad放家里，很少用3G。终于今天给ATT打电话关掉了postpaid plan，希望转换成
prepaid，好处就是可以随用随开，适合旅游和度假。过程中有不少迷惑的地方，眼下
已经成功，分享给大家：
hi guys,
I just closed my iPad post-paid plan by calling AT&T. I am planning to move
to prepaid plan as well but CSR didn't provide me much useful information
and kept telling me I could do it thru iPad.
With certain level of skepticism, I tried thru iPad's cellular setting (you
should wait 10-15 mins after the phone call.) When I turned cellular data on
, I got "No service". So I know my post plan is terminated successfully. I
tapped on "View Account"(post paid plan doesn't support this), hehaa, I can
register for prepaid plan directly now. It requires you for name and billing
information.
In brief, you don't need to get a new sim card for post to prepaid
transition. You just have to close your post paid plan and pre paid plan
will be ready for you thru iPad.
