Since Nokia will be using Windows Phone 7, the chances are Apple will not be
able say Nokia is infriging its patents, since Apple and MSFT do not really
fight over these things nowadays.
But the amount would be interesting.
Nokia sued Apple first.
Apple sued Samsung first.
Apple getting license from Nokia, would it help Apple sue Samsung?

patent protection umbrella.
Apple is learning ... the phone business is so different to IEEE PC
business.

际上就是等着Nokia起诉，然后反诉，再negotiate一个price。
现在估计是糯鸡鸭也要穷疯了，能拿一笔钱是一笔钱
苹果也估计拿到了一个自己能接受的价位。
苹果这种unlocked在欧洲等地卖$1000，在美国$649，很暴利，Nokia当然想狠狠敲一笔
