In addition to the price of the phone, AT&T charges an $18 upgrade fee on
all wireless accounts, unless you are upgrading from a former AT&T Wireless
phone or from a TDMA/analog phone, in which case the upgrade fee is waived.
These fees are subject to change.
这里说，如果是att wireless就可以waive？？？ 看不懂唉，不都是从att wireless的
