Scottsdale 7.95% (sigh, it was 7.7% 3 yrs ago)
not sure about Mesa/Chandler (used to be 7.8% but I remember it increased)

方不一样，我的理解是要收汽车牌照税，按车的价值扣。就是说你买宝马和花冠交的钱
还不一样。我上次交了400多。

mini cooper standard option is 20k for MSPR. I am not clear your option.
your price is over than MSPR or not?
It looks like it is impossible to buy mini below MSPR. I don't know how much
the selling price will be over MSRP.
