I'm writing with tears in my eyes,my family and I came down here to (Manila,
Philippines), for a short vacation unfortunately we were mugged at the park
of the hotel we stayed,all cash credit cards and cell were stolen off but
luckily for us we still have our passports with us.
I have been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping
issues at all and our flight leaves pretty soon from now but we're having
problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave
until we settle the bills. Please be so kind to reply back so I can tell you
what to do and how to get some cash to us.
I'm freaked out at the moment

I'm so glad to hear back from you. My phone was stolen and i don't have any
contact or phone access.. I'm literally stranded.. i had my credit card
canceled since i have lost it to the muggers... $1,200 Usd will cover all
our expenses including our taxi fee to the airport, we promise to refund it
to you as soon as we arrive home. You can wire it to my name via a western
union agent near you for security reasons cos the name written below is
whats on my passport and that can be a mode of identification to pick up the
cash at a western union down the road here (faster and more secured).

I'm at the local library trying to get help back home don't have access to
phone since the muggers went away with my phone and the hotel management
stop me from making calls because of my out standing bills.

这骗子还有一个问题是，没法给你打电话的话，他咋打电话取消的信用卡?
我当年也收到一个类似的。被盗号的主人是个中国朋友，我就用中文回的他，
这厮居然知道用google翻译，但是难道他不知道google翻译中文很锉么。。
