Hi,
is there anybody knows Intel's policy regarding GC sponsorship? How soon
will they sponsor new employees GC? From day 1? After 3 months? After 6
months?
Also, for those employees have to go outside of USA, like could not file
Perm/I140 before 6th H1B years but have reached 6 years H1B, will Intel keep
their employment and allow them work remotely from outside USA? |

不过话说前两天有猎头问我要不要去Intel做contractor。。。
Intel最近不是在裁人么……

合同工不在编制内。
东部金融风暴银行倒闭时，大批裁员，有事就用合同工
