马上与你的保险公司联系,告诉他们对方没有保险,要求用自己的uninsured cover. 你
的保险公司以前是说你没有comprehensive, 所以你得找对方赔. 对方没保险或保险不
够, 那你的uninsured/underinsured就派上用场了.

发帖数: 261 | 14 i have called insurance company, and it said it was only for bodily
injury. I read the policy contract, it said in some states, it is for
bodily injury and property damage. but i am in Ohio, I am not sure whether
Ohio is among these states.
