正在考虑买新车，想问问大家：这个老车值不值得修一下？修理的价格大概多少？
两个选择：
1.不修理，直接trade in;
2.修理后trade in？
KBB trade in报价也就2000-2500刀，估计到了dealer那里给800刀就算万福了。。 |

两种可能性:
1. DPFE SENSOR坏了. 要几十块. 建议换.
2. EGR 阀门坏了. 要几百块( >300 取决于什么车). 建议不换. |

* The DPFE (differential pressure) sensor is faulty and needs to be
replaced
* There is a blockage in the EGR (most likely carbon buildup)
* The EGR valve is faulty
* The EGR valve may not be opening due to a lack of vaccuum
Most of the time is not a fault of the EGR valve.
you can try some cheap method first.
For carbon buildup, try Lucas Oil/5.25 oz. fuel injector cleaner. $5.99
For lack of vaccuum, che
